The ETA ceramic knife sharpener is designed for quickly achieving a great edge of steel knives. Perfect grinding of the blade is ensured by constant pressure and guiding the inclination at the right angle.
The knife sharpener is equipped with two rotating and spring-loaded wheels with a total of 20 ceramic rollers, which are located in the shape of the letter X. The rotating wheels rotate at a speed of up to 700 revolutions per minute, so your knives will be ready for the next job once or twice.
Working with a knife sharpener is safe and simple. Just snap it into the hand mixer and you're good to go. In addition, silent operation without vibrations makes the whole process more pleasant.
The sharpener is not intended for ceramic knives.
