The souring pot will find versatile use in your kitchen. It is mainly used for the preparation of home-pickled dishes, such as kvass, stews, fish, cheeses and other delicacies pickled in oil or vinegar. The pot is made of utilitarian glazed ceramics, which does not transmit light, maintains a constant temperature, and the food then gets better conditions for ripening and the right taste. The pot includes a ceramic lid and wooden tongs for removing stored food. The pot has 2 side ears and a pocket to catch liquid dripping from the tongs.
