The Ermenrich Zing TC07 digital multimeter with a classic rotary switch is designed to measure DC and AC voltage, DC current and resistance. Its functionality is sufficient for performing most household tasks as well as for performing basic measurements in the work of a professional electrician.
The multimeter uses the True RMS method for calculations, that is, it is able to calculate the effective value of both sinusoidal and non-sinusoidal signals. In this case, the AC voltage measurement is more accurate and precise. A continuity test is available to check the continuity of a wire between two circuit test points. Another mode is available for detecting diodes in open or open circuits. The function of holding the display of the measured value is useful in cases where it is not possible to reach the device and read the data on the display immediately after taking the measurement. After pressing the button, the value remains on the display and can be checked later.
The device is powered by standard batteries and is equipped with an automatic shut-off function to save battery power.
