Quality construction
The G21 foil holder is of significantly better quality than ordinary foil holders, in several parameters. One of them is a stronger and more stable construction. While conventionally, foil beams are built from steel tubes with a diameter of up to 20 mm, the G21 foil beam has a reinforced construction thanks to pipes with a diameter of 25 mm and a steel thickness of 0.6 mm. In addition, the entire structure is protected by zinc, which makes it maintenance-free, extends its life and protects it against rusting.
Special reinforced foil
The G21 garden tarpaulin comes with a special sheet made of multi-layer (laminated) polyethylene (PE) mesh. Its quality is confirmed by the density of 140g/m² and the internal grid, which strengthens the film and prevents easy tearing or damage. UV protection is a matter of course. Thanks to the overlaps on the lower sides, you can also cover the foil with soil after tensioning and load it. The foil tree thus gains greater stability and protection against wind gusts.
TIP: We recommend putting the film on the structure in sunny weather - after unpacking, let it warm up for approx. 30 minutes. It will "soften" and it will be easier to handle.
Perfect microclimate
If you switch off the foil correctly and ventilate according to the weather, you will create an ideal microclimate in your foil tree for the type of fruit and vegetables grown in the current season. On colder days, the windows and doors remain closed, so there is more heat and humidity in the foil tree. You change the microclimate by raising the window blinds or opening the entrance.
Anchoring supplies are already included in the price
In the package you will find anchoring pins and ropes with which you can anchor the foil tree to the ground. In this way, you will reduce the risk of so-called "flying away". However, if necessary, thanks to the easy assembly and disassembly, you can move the foil holder to another place on the property.
