The recommended pH value of pool water is in the range of 6.8-7.6. In this range, the greatest action of chlorine is given without side effects. The pleasant feeling when bathing, the correct function of the device, etc. depends on the pH value. The pH must be checked at least once a week using a test kit. At a pH below 6.8, there may be increased corrosion of metal and concrete, fading of pool colors, as well as eye and skin irritation. To increase the pH value by 0.2, the dose is 11 g/m3 of water (1 level tablespoon). The preparation is dosed to increase the pH value to the range of 6.8-7.6. After dissolving in the container, it is dosed directly into the pool with the filter device switched on.
