One-component, low-viscosity liquid based on an aqueous dispersion of SOKRAT styrene acrylate copolymer, which forms an insoluble film after curing with transparent polymer water. It reduces and unifies the absorbency of the substrate and increases the adhesion of subsequent layers. It is used for penetration coatings under core and final plasters, facade and interior paintings. Furthermore, to increase the adhesion of construction adhesives, self-leveling materials, etc. It is diluted in a ratio of 1:2 to 1:15 with water. Yield > 40 m2/kg (when diluted 1:15).
