SUNKKO 738AL is a spot welder for spot welding accumulators into battery packs using nickel plates. The station offers spot welding using welding electrodes located on the extendable arm of the station and thus enables more convenient access to the welding points of the akupack. The pressure required to close the contacts of the welding machine can be adjusted using the rotary regulator on the upper chassis of the station in the range of 200g to 700g. You can also weld using the foot pedal that is included in the delivery. Thanks to it, the welding plate and the battery will not move. Plates with a thickness of 0.1 to 0.2 mm can be welded. After placing the accumulator with the necessary plate to the tips of the scoring machine and pushing it up against the set force, the microswitch is turned on and the scoring machine creates two spot welds. There is LED lighting under the welding electrodes, which illuminates the weld area, which makes it possible to work even in poor lighting conditions. The welding machine has a welding current setting from 50A to 800A to achieve an optimal weld depending on the material being welded. In addition to the current, the number of pulses for one weld can be set - 1 or 2. The power of the battery welder is 2 - 15A from the 230V network.
