The Ermenrich Zing AL30 is a car battery tester, i.e. a portable diagnostic device. A basic battery test includes voltage, internal resistance and cold cranking current (CCA) testing. The device also has two other operating modes: testing the vehicle's starting system and testing the charging system. The device also provides a final evaluation of the battery status and, in case of low values, will recommend its replacement.
The device is connected to the battery using two alligator clips. The built-in display shows all measurements and is controlled using the controls located in the lower part. The device is charged via a tested battery, so no additional power source is required.
